Via RSS you can see with one eye which is new added
to the site or posted in the forum. Very handy....
What you have to do is install a RSS Reader.

Install a RSS-reader.
The only thing you have to do is enter the next
URL's in the program you choose and you will be
kept notified of as well forum replies/new topics
and also the homepage:

And you can also add RSS feeds of other websites
in your RSS Reader and you will be notified continiously
