You have to become a member by registering first. After registration (which is totally free of charge) you will get an email with your password and after login with that password the streams will become visible in the middle of the website.

You can listen to the streams via Winamp.

If you click a stream, a small file will be downloaded which you can open with Winamp.

Probably because your Winamp is not configured correctly.

If you go to the Options and than Preferences you can select FILE TYPES and here you must make sure that Winamp supports the .m3u file type.

Now Winamp will open automatically when you click a stream!

If you use Winamp go to Options menu, than Preferences and again Options. Now mark 'allow multiple instances'.....

If you open a stream, Winamp will play and if you open another stream, a new Winamp will be loaded with that stream so you can listen to both (or more) at the same time.
